Lifeline provides free, 24-hour telephone crisis support with access to suicide prevention services, mental health support and emotional assistance.

Parenting line –1300 13 0052 – www.parentline.org.au

Parent line is a telephone counselling, information and referral service for parents of children age 0-18. The service provides information and support about child development, disabilities and development delays. 

Beyond blue –1300 22 4636 – www.beyondblue.org.au

Beyond Blue provides information and support for depression, anxiety and related mental disorders.

Headspace – www.headspace.com

Headspace is a digital service that provides guided meditation sessions and mindfulness training. Its content can be accessed online, or via their mobile apps.

Domestic Violence Line – 1800 65 6463 – www.domesticviolence.nsw.gov.au

The Domestic Violence line provides telephone counselling, information and referrals 24/7 for woman and same sex partners who are experiencing or have experienced domestic violence.

Phone and online counselling support service for men with family and relationship concerns.
