My Experience

Hi, my name is Rachel Troia. I'm really grateful to have you visit me today.

My journey has taken many paths, as I am sure you can relate to. What has remained constant though is my unyielding desire to help and heal others.

Professionally I am a Psychologist and Trauma Informed Processwork Psychotherapist. I am also a certified Demartini Facilitator and a Naturopath.

But there's much more to me than some pieces of paper and letters after my name.

Why I'm Different

We will work in the moment. I will meet you where you are at and walk alongside you using my wealth of tools and my deep intuition. You are not a diagnosis or a label. You are precious and unique. This I will honour and respect.

Perhaps you have seen other therapists before? Whatever has been your experience, know that I am here to bring awareness, self-love and gratitude into your life. Together we will nurture and heal your pain. I don't want you to remain stuck. Let's create shifts, movement and clarity.

We won't just talk in our sessions. Therapy with me is an immersive, deep and interactive process. Expect me to use Divine guidance, oracle/tarot cards, crystals, role play, Dreamwork, symbol work, meditation and inner-journey tools to shine a light onto what has been buried.

What Inspires Me

Hmmm...many things.

The wind, the ocean - all of nature in truth. Forgotten stories. A child's laughter and a raging thunderstorm. Tenderness and curiosity. Change inspires me, as does friendship and love.

And of course my adored family - my daughters Xara and Imogen, my son Willem and my niece Kate. These precious souls have taught me so much and yet there is always more to learn.
